Called on event message reception.

Parameters

[in]	hLocalDevice	Handle to the notified device.
[in]	deviceType	Type of the notified local device. See ObjectTypes
[in]	dwDeviceUserData	The user data associated to the device handle during its creation.
[in]	bChannel	The channel receiving the message
[in]	pEvent	Pointer to the Event Message (see CPEVENTMSG structure in CLCm_Define.h) This message should be manipulated with the EventMessage_* functions

Remarks

This notification is activated by using VMIDILinkIn_RegisterNotificationHandler or VMIDILinkHybrid_RegisterVMIDILinkInNotificationHandler functions depending on device type.
