Event Wave Settings boundaries.

Enumerator
EWB_Start	Wave starts to loop begin.
EWB_Loop	Wave starts to loop end.
EWB_Full	Wave starts to loop begin. If a sample does not have a loop, modes Start and Loop will be considered as being Full.
EWB_X	Special. If the sound is a sample, the Wave Boundaries and Start Point are ignored.
